This outdoor space has been thoughtfully transformed to adjoin the children’s lounge, creating a low-maintenance, wildlife-friendly haven that beautifully blends nature with play.

The use of artificial turf ensures year-round greenery with minimal upkeep, while original wooden sleepers add rustic charm and structure to the landscape.

Designed with both aesthetics and safety in mind, this inviting area serves as a seamless extension of the playroom—offering children a peaceful, engaging environment that encourages exploration and imagination.

To transform the outdoor space adjoining the children’s lounge/playroom into a low-maintenance, wildlife-friendly haven.

🌟 Design Highlights

· Artificial Lawn: Installed Glade Emerald turf for year-round greenery and easy upkeep, precision-cut around balcony posts for a seamless finish.

· Raised Beds & Steps: Crafted from original reclaimed sleepers, paired with Indian Stone treads for a timeless, rustic feel.

· Planting Scheme: Hardy shrubs, ornamental grasses and ferns selected to add texture, seasonal colour and encourage biodiversity.

· Groundworks: Area excavated and levelled with a hardcore base and geotextile membrane for stability and drainage.

· Finishing Touches: Beds dressed with fresh topsoil and bark mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
