An underutilized outdoor area transformed into a contemporary, multi-functional space that complements the property's recent architectural upgrades.

The goal was to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow while enhancing the property's aesthetic and practical value.

🌿 Patio Transformation Project – S20

We recently completed a breathtaking garden renovation designed to complement a newly built rear extension and garden room.

🌟 Brief: To create a modern, functional outdoor space that seamlessly tied into the upgraded property—and the results speak for themselves.

✨ Key Features:

Tiered Garden Design: a central retaining wall was constructed to introduce levels and structure to the garden. This was beautifully cladded with split-faced rustic slate tiles, adding texture and depth, and finished with bullnose coping stones for a refined edge.
Porcelain Paving: the patio was laid using Silver Kandla Grey porcelain tiles, chosen for their contemporary aesthetic and durability. The clean lines and subtle tones elevate the entire space.
Fencing & Borders: double-sided contemporary fence panels were installed along both sides of the garden, offering privacy and style. Raised sleeper beds were added around the borders, providing a perfect canvas for planting and soft landscaping.
Water Feature Centrepiece: at the heart of the patio sits a striking spherical water feature, dressed with white Spanish Cobble to create a serene focal point and enhance the overall ambience.

🛠️ Outcome:

This transformation has turned a standard outdoor area into a luxurious extension of the home—perfect for entertaining, relaxing or simply enjoying the view from the new garden room. The combination of textures, levels, and materials creates a harmonious balance between modern design and natural elements.
