To transform a tired, underused garden into a sleek, contemporary outdoor space with tiered access to an upper level for entertaining and relaxation. The client requested clean lines, modern materials and a low-maintenance finish with visual impact.

⚠️ Site Challenges

Steep incline requiring careful excavation and structural preparation
Narrow side access from front to rear, limiting machinery and material movement
Busy road with restricted parking for deliveries and waste removal

🔧 Scope of Works

Excavation & Foundations: Site cleared, levelled, and structurally prepared for multi-level layout
Fencing: Double paling fencing with concrete posts and gravel boards installed in stepped formation to match garden gradient
Hard Landscaping:
- Two-tone porcelain paving (grey and beige) laid across patio, steps, and raised beds
- Anthracite cobbles used to define edges and add contrast
Features Installed:
- Composite planters and privacy screens for structure and seclusion
- Glade Emerald artificial turf for a lush, low-maintenance lawn
- Wooden archway to frame transitions between zones
- Aluminium pergola for shaded seating and architectural interest
Planting Scheme: A blend of contemporary and Mediterranean plants introduced for texture, colour, and seasonal interest
